Great parts of human experiences are many different feelings: from happiness to sadness, extreme joy and depression. Every emotion originates different emotions in the body.
Our body emits different chemical substances, when we expereience the different things, that make us happy. All chemicals work on making different environments in our body.
For example when brain discharges serotonine, dopamine or oxytocine you will feel yorself well and happy.
In contrary when your body discharges cortisol during stress is a totally different feeling, that switches your body to survivor mode.
What if we think always of negative things?
What happens when we have positive ideas? What happens when one isn’t burdened by neither positive nor negative feelings?
Let’s examine it, how these things affect on our body and life.
Positive vs. negative
Is there a duality in our world? Of course to some degree there is. We spend too much time to determine and judge what should be considered positive or negative.
Brain is a very effective tool. As something is determined what to be or should be, we show the result out to the world.
Have you ever noticed the following? If somebody looses something he or she suddenly becomes angry, broken down and will be put in a bad mood?
If the same situation happens to someone else, he or she will simply outdo it, and continues the day as if nothing has happened. In this situation the same experience is considered negative by one of them and positive by the other.
Are things original positive or negative? What determines an experience as positive or negative?
The approach determines it.
If you think about it for a second, you realise that there aren’t positive or negative experiences, only those that are determined it to be. So the approach of an experience or situation has real power, how we feel when it happens, and how it will effect our body.
Meanwhile we work on exceeding the determination of every experiences and get into the state of mind consciousness where every experiences are accepted as it is, and comprehend it as we learning. Maybe we won’t reach it, so it is important to understand how certain feelings influence our health.
„If somebody longs for good health, he should first ask himself: is he is ready to stop the reasons of his illness? Only in this case is it possible to help him.” (from Hippocrates)
The connection of mind and body.
The connection of mind and body is very strong. Altough it cannot be seen visually the mind’s effects on body can be deep.
We can have a general positive mentality, and we can deal directly with inner challenges and it is possibly to transform them to a healthy lifestyle. On the other hand we can be negative with self-destructive thoughts without dealing with our inner problems. We could hide these problems too with certain statements and positivity without finding the way to a better lifestyle.
Why is it so?
Our feelings and experiences are basically energies and they are stored in the cell memory of our body. Have you experienced through your life, that feelings have left their mark on different parts of your body?
If you still felt something that has happened to you? In this part of your body there could remained energy delivered from the experience. The next interesting figure shows those parts of the body, that could be affected by emotions.
When you feel pain, pressing feeling or injury on certain parts of your body, it refers to some emotional attachment.
At the first sight it doesn’t seem to be linked with it, because in general we aren’t in connection with ourselves and our feelings in this high speed world. But it is the truth in many cases. When somedody has chronic back, neck or shoulders pain and cannot be cured by physical excersises, physiological or any treatments, it is worth to deal with the underlying feelings.
Many people spend lots of time and money to phisiotherapy and belive it would be better. Something isn’t taken into account. The more somebody deals with subconcious ideas and feelings in the body, the most will the pain slack and disappear.
When we get ill or feel lots of stress and pain, our body asks us many times to take care of ourselves, and find the peace with ourselves and with our environment again. It is both a learning and an increasing process, that shouldn’t be commited or scared of.
You have the power to control it.
David Suzuki writes in „A holy life”, the molecules of the exhalated air during expressing anger, hate or jealousy contain poisons.
If the posions were accumulated during an hour, it would be enough to kill 80 guinea pigs. Can you imagine the damage on your body if there remain negative feelings and experiences in all your organism without elaboration?
Don’t forget:You have the power to go through anything, what life brings to you. Instead of labeling negative or positive, try to see things as parts of a greater picture. Ask yourself how it can help you to see or learn something?
How can you use it to change your attitude? Do you have to cancel some feelings in yourself? Should you recognise something in the other people and should you accept it?
It can be anything and instead of reacting easily, slow down and pay attention to it. You will find the tools to elaborate the feelings and illness quickly, as you see them as they are really.
You will realise why they have appeared.
As long you think you are ill, or have pains, because it is not under your control, you will continue it uncontrollably until you realise that you have the power to control most of them. It is your responsibility what you attract to your body.
